Let’s face it. With all its rock star gurus and dubious business models, the self help industry can be toxic. The Leadership Community has been designed from the inside out to be inclusive, empathetic, and multidisciplinary.
Free Your Inner Guru® is a place for nuanced conversations. The Leadership community is a forum where it is safe to learn, engage with peers, and be seen and heard.

Who is it for?
The Leadership Community is for discerning seekers who reject or have outgrown the hype, hustle and hubris and long for a community that values a grounded, steady and authentic approach to personal growth.
Members come from all walks of life. We include creatives, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, coaches, and healers. Our common ground is our curiosity, passion for learning, and desire to make a difference in society.
Who is it NOT for?
This community is not for you if:
- You discriminate based on race, gender or sexuality.
- You value profit over people.
- You lack empathy and awareness.
- You can’t engage with others without pitching.
- You want to be or follow a guru.
How does it work?
The Free Your Inner Guru® Leadership Community is a membership community, administered through Patreon.
We meet twice a month on Zoom and continue the conversation in our Discourse Community.
Live gatherings:
- Live gatherings are on the first Friday of each month at 1pm ET and the third Tuesday at 7pm ET.
Discourse Community:
Discourse is an app that is like social media, but without the trolls, advertisements and third party data collection.
What happens when you join?
- The community is administered through Patreon. When you join one of the three Leadership Community tiers, you’re automatically added to the Discourse community and receive links to the next live Zoom.
- You manage your own membership from start to finish.
Pay what you can
The tiers ($25 and $50 USD/month) are based on the core community values of empathy and inclusiveness. Simply put, money is not a barrier to involvement.
